Thing 12

Well thing 12 has been time consuming. This whole trip has taken more time than expected. I find it all interesting but the descriptions of what to do and how to do it are not very helpful. A lot of expermenting is necessary. I used searchbox to add my rolls to my blog but it worked the other way and added my blog to the roll. Oh well I will have to visit North Point and get help.

thing 12

Well I have now made another roll, this time about quilting, but I have not been able to link them yet. You notice I say YET. I will get it sooner or later. Connie

week 5 thing 12

I have made a cooking roll and here is the link.http://rollyo.com/cknecht/plain_cooking/

thing 11

Well I've tried Library thing and I hope I can make it link to my blog.

week 5 thing 10

I have been playing around with some generators and found that my goth name for Constance is (sedated) however when I'm Connie I'm (beautifully chaotic). Who knew!! I have also made a romance book cover called Lightning Love. Of course I haven't written it yet so don't search the shelves for it yet.

week 4 thing 8 & 9

I have set up my bloglines account, and added 39 feeds. My intrests besides books are dogs, gardening. vegan cuisine, fishing, and art.
Today I have explored Librarians Internet Index, a useful reference site.

technology Week 3 thing 7

I have always thought of myself as fairly up to speed as far as new technology goes, only to learn that somewhere along the trip I have been left way behind. Most of these 23 things, I have only vaguely heard about. I certainly have never tried them. So it has been wonderful to be encourged to try out new stuff. I have enjoyed flickr. So many pictures to share and use.
